Delete your VOOCONNECT account

In the app (fastest)

Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your profile, posts, stories, messages and live replays are removed from the Service.

By email

Email info@vooconnect.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my VOOCONNECT account". We verify it's you, then delete within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: profile, posts, stories, comments, likes, messages, live replays, AI assistant memory, device tokens.
• Kept temporarily: server backups and security logs (purged within 90 days).
• Kept where the law requires: purchase records for tax/accounting.
