Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the VOOCONNECT app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, photos, audio, text and other content you post. By posting, you grant Vooroogoo Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. transcode, watermark), publish and distribute that content within the Service, including in feeds, search, shares and previews. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared by others or is required to be retained by law.

4. Rules of conduct

• No illegal content or activity, harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities).
• No infringement of others' copyright, trademark or privacy. Repeat infringers are terminated.
• No spam, scams, malware, data scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Live streams, walkie-talkie channels and comments must follow the same rules.

5. AI features

The Service includes AI-generated content (music, captions, assistant replies). AI output may be inaccurate and is provided as-is. You may not use AI features to imitate a real artist or person without their consent, or to generate unlawful content. AI music you generate may be used by you within the Service; commercial use outside the Service may be subject to the underlying model provider's terms.

6. Credits, purchases and payments

Credits are a virtual item with no cash value, usable for in-app features (gifts, AI music, marketplace). Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their terms, and prices may include platform processing fees shown at checkout. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Marketplace sales are between buyer and seller; we may hold funds in escrow and mediate disputes but are not a party to the sale.

7. Navigation

Map and turn-by-turn features are aids only. Always obey traffic laws and pay attention to the road. Location data is used as described in the Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or this page). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or harm to the Service or its users.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vooroogoo Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
